Raiders demolish skidding Broncos 59-14

The Oakland Raiders continue to surprised teams in the current National Football League season.
The Raiders recently defeated the struggling Denver Broncos in-front of its fans 59-14 to improve their win-loss record to 3-4.
Raiders reliable running back Darren McFadden played hero for the visiting Raiders as he scored  four touchdowns and had a stunningly quick start to bring down the Broncos and solidify further their NFL playoff chances.
McFadden played one of his great games in the current NFL season as he toyed with the Broncos defense to hand the host team to its fourth loss at home without any single defeat.
Raiders coach Tom Cable could not help but smile as they defeated the Broncos and dropped them to a woeful 2-5 standing.
Cable said as long as the team continue to play superb in their remaining games in the NFL regular season they have a crack at a slot in the NFL postseason.
He said the team is very determined to have a banner year this year and forget their nightmarish 2009 NFL season.
Energized by its home-fans, the Broncos battled the Raiders with all their hearts out but their effort fell short against the visiting team.
Broncos coach Josh McDaniels is sad with their loss and apologized to their fans for their continue misfortune at their own home-floor.
McDaniels said their record might be bad but his team is still very determined to end their woes and have a winning season this year.

Win-less San Francisco 49ers stays focused on Super Bowl goal

The San Francisco 49ers remains focused on their goal to take the 2010 Super Bowl despite having a dismal 0-5 win-loss record in the ongoing National Football League season.
San Francisco 49ers president Jed York said despite their woeful record he is still confident they can comeback and eventually win the NFL NFC West crown this year.
York said the morale of his team remains high and they all have one thing in mind capture the NFL championship this year.
San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary said he is confident they can get their first win soon and have a great year  in the 2010 NFL season.
Singletary said amids call for him to replace Alex Smith as the team’s starting quarterback he will stick it out with the latter despite severe criticism from certain sectors and place him as the team’s starting quarterback when they host the Oakland Raiders on October 17.
The 49ers coach said Smith is a great quarterback who needs to focus more and be less cautious so that he can fulfil his potential and bring his team success.
He revealed, Smith need to show his A-game against the Raiders so that he can keep his starting quarterback job the rest of the season.
Singletary said they will closely evaluate the performance of Smith to determine if he can keep his job as starting quarterback or someone else need to fill that shoes.
Smith expressed joy over the decision of Singletary to keep him on the starting line-up and he promised to play 101 percent to bring joy and victory to his team.
With its 2-3 record, the Raiders is slightly favored to win over the 49ers.
Despite being the underdog, the 49ers could still win their win if they will play their hearts out and stay focused on their goal for a successful 2010 NFL season.
